Artist Biography
Carin Johanna Walsh is a North Carolina-based
artist specializing in pencil portraits.
The recipient of several fine art scholarships, Carin has held
positions with Bruce McGaw Graphics and Vogue magazine in
New York. While living in Scottsdale, Arizona she produced
custom decorative artwork for Wiseman & Gale Interiors. Her
work has appeared in Phoenix Magazine and has been
auctioned to benefit a variety of charities.
Although Carin's expertise includes everything from painted
furniture, fabrics and pottery, to photography and fine art
painting, she feels most at home with pencil and paper.
"I've always been passionate about faces, photography, and
sketching, so I'm very happy to have found an avenue that lets
me combine all three."
