Art books I couldn't live without...
How to Draw Lifelike Portraits from Photographs by Lee Hammond
This is the book that got me started and I highly recommend for anyone who has the desire
to draw faces but who could use a professional's guide to the tricks of the trade. You'll be
amazed at the improvement possible after just one reading!
Drawing Realistic Textures in Pencil by J.D. Hillberry
This book will add incredible depth to your drawings. Although the book does not focus
primarily on drawing faces, the author's techniques can be applied to enhance any drawing.
His instructions regarding materials, tools, and strokes transformed my portraits - the "before"
and "after" was incredible.

extremely reasonable.
Okay, it's not art but it is artsy, funky and cool stuff for babes (babies, that is). Check
out Wild Child's ever-expanding selection of unique merchandise for kids (the baby
leggings are a must!)...
